7 Kids --Heart Challenge

I'm entering this card in the 7 Kids Challenge for the week-

For this card, I used my new Tilda with Heart, Copic Markers Spellbinders die, misc I "heart" U stamp and some handmade paper roses.

Valentines Day Cards

Howdy!  Sorry I haven't posted in a while--I've been busy creating!  This post is going to be pretty short--I injured my shoulder and it's pretty painful to do anything that requires my left shoulder/hand so, it's a little hard to type!  Here are the cards I was able to create this past week/ weekend.  I used my an older Stampin' Up stamp, new High Hopes Monkey stamps and my new Magnolia stamps (have a few more cards to create with some more Magnolias).  Let me know what you think :-)

I was going to list these on Etsy but, due to me not being able to type much, I'll have to wait till later to do that--I guess I can list them as Anniversary or "I love you" cards instead of marketing them as Valentine's day!

Have a great day.

Scraproom

Good evening!  I spent most of the beginning of the month organizing my scraproom in my spare time.  It was OUT OF HAND! The mess I had.  While I have it somewhat organized, I still have a few hours of intensive organizing to get it to where I want.  Here are the pics I took of what it looked like before I started making a scrappy mess!

Thought I'd share these for now!  Once I get the closet cleaned out and organized, I'll post a picture of that as well ;-)

Have a great evening!

Watermark

YAY!! I'm so excited!  I finally learned how to add a watermark to a picture!  And one of my favorite online stamp stores--www.whimsystamps.com offers digital watermarks for only $5!  I was able to find a design that went with my custom "handmade by" stamp that I had ordered from them!  Now I just have to get busy an finish taking pictures and writing descriptions for all of my stuff I have in a box ready for Etsy :-)

Here's my "practice card" that I did my watermark on.  Now I just have to work on my picture taking environment (My DH is going to build me a little "studio" for the stuff to have a picture taken on) :-)

I'm going on Saturday to my childhood neighbor's house so that her wonderful daughter can teach me some photoshop tricks and help me create a new banner for my Etsy shop and blog that matches my business cards :-)  I'm so excited to learn!!

Better get to bed--have a good night.  Hopefully more to come this weekend :-)

Sorry it's been so long...

Sorry it's been so long since I've been on here but, I have lost track of time over the past few months!  With work, work, and more work and a few weekend trips here and there, I haven't had much time to scrap or card make and I have been a coloring fool lately and have neglected the scrapbooking I am supposed to be completing for gift giving!

I have always loved to color as a kid and even as an adult--it is therapeutic to me!  So, when I was introduced to the Copic markers, I was hooked!  Since then I have been Copic Certified and am hopefully going to be able to take the intermediate certification soon!  I have been "collecting" and stamping Magnolia stamps (they are wonderful to color) from Sweden.  My Copic collection has increased to almost all of the colors I want (only a few shy of the about 300 colors that were on my wish list) :-)

I am attaching a few of my cards I have made using Copics and some new stamps my friends and I have gotten and stamped for each other as well as some other new products such as Flower Soft and some new flowers I have gotten recently!!  (Sorry the picutres aren't organized very well--I'm still learning! )

Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!  My goal is to try and blog at least twice a week until I can get on here more regularly!
